MFP changing your calorie allowance
I read a while back that once you meet 10lbs lost, MFP will change your daily caloric intake allowance. Does it go below 1200 or is that the lowest it goes? Does anyone know the answer to this? I have lost 10lbs as of today and I didn't get any type of "notice" of change like I expected to, based on reading other posts…

Weigh in
So, I've always heard that you are your lightest weight first thing in the morning; however, I have consistently noticed that I weigh up to 1-1.6lbs LESS in the evenings (between 5pm-7pm). Anyone have any sugesstions as to why this is? Thanks.

Caloric intake from restaurants (not chain establishments)
So, of course tonight it's Valentine's Day and my hubby and I are going to one of my favorite restaurants. It's not a chain though, so I don't know how to count my calories. Any suggestions?
