Ladies, do you weigh during menses?
Honestly, we know we are retaining water, so should we weigh during our period or just skip it and wait until our next "weigh in" day?

What motivates you?
I'm having a difficult time getting motivated to exercise. I walk daily, but doing the strenuous stuff that makes us sweat and release endorphines....I can't get into it. I have the tools. I have the energy. I don't have the "umph" to do it though. So, what motivates you?

Okay, I will admit to being a Dr Pepper addict and drinking 3-4 cans daily, and half a gallon of sweet tea.
