  • #103 I've done 2/3! Tomorrow is the last day right? I try to do 20 minutes of cardio a day, and I did 60 yesterday and 60 today. Added aerobics and weights as well!

  • First thing in the AM, empty stomach and bladder, and naked. I've always been told that this is the only time to get a truly accurate weight.
  • I'm thinking that Ronnie is on to something because I can be thirsty all day and drinking water; but, once I drink one glass of tea, I'm good.
