Following rules but not seeing results? HELP?
Hi, I started MFP on January 10 and followed the rules. My calorie intake is 1370 and i have been on the treadmill 5 days a week at 30 minutes each time. I am 37, 5'2 and 165lbs. What am I doing wrong? Please shed some light on me. :)
