First time poster: How much protein is too much?
I am trying a low(er) carb (NOT no carb..I don't have that in me!) diet / higher protein diet - a lot of my weight is in my belly. How much protein is too much? I don't want to overdo it. I had about 90 grams today....that seems high...and I don't want it to be counterproductive. Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA!
