Hi folks after checking Google for the answer of how sweat points convert into calories I decided just to put on the HRM and find out for myself. At the end of 'I don't feel like dancing' I had 407 sweat points and my HRM said I had burnt 40 calories. So for me 1 calorie = 10 sweat points for me. Hope somebody finds this…
