Not my best week!

Hi folks my birthday fell this week and my willpower decided to go on holiday! I've gone over my 1200 limit twice due to eating out and drinking alcohol :/ my weigh in this week I lost 1lb but I reckon this week may come back to haunt me next weigh in. Any advise for exercises/foods to try and help me get back into the swing of things? I play cricket and have been kickboxing do I'm not just lazing about and going over my calorie limit :(

    i would eat lots of fruit and veg this week try cut out bread eat protein veg soup homemade preferbly omellette baked potatos pasta and tomato based sauces try and do some power walking jogging swimming i am sure you will loose next week
