Breaking through the plateau
I've officially hit a plateau and have stopped losing weight. I'm currently at a healthy weight, but I would love to lose a couple extra pounds. Any advice on how I can break through this plateau???

A snack that won't cost a bazillion calories?
I'm looking for a snack that I can have between lunch and dinner that isn't a bunch of calories per serving. And it'd be a plus if the ingredients weren't too pricey. I get lots of good ideas online, but most of those ingredients I would never normally purchase at the store. Thanks for the help!

Just joined myfitnesspal and I'm hoping it will help. I don't need to lose a lot of weight, but I need to change my eating and exercise habits. Chocolate 5 times a day and no exercise just isn't something I want to continue. Would love some support (: cause this is gonna be rough. -The newbie
