Reassurance - cals & exercise
I'm new to the EM2WL & the road map that's on the forums. I've worked out my TDEE & BMR and I'm eating about 100cals above my BMR, at 1650 a day. Am I eating too much? New to tdee -20% !
Morning guys, I've seen so much about TDEE-20% and thought I will give it a go. If I can eat more to lose weight then I'm there!!!! My height is 5'5", I'm 178lbs, aged 26. Cardio & Strength Suggestions
Hi guys, I have recently started the couch to 5k programme ran in the UK by the NHS through a series on podcasts. I am happy with this as my cardio, I am burning 300/400 calories doing this 3 times per week. However, I'd quite like to add in some strength/toning exercises in there too.
