Frustrated! Anyone else in this boat?
I am 5'4 143lbs with GW of 130. I have been working out 4-6 times a week since Novemeber. I do cardio 30-45min, lift weights, core exercises, leg lifts, bench press, squats, you name it I do it (rotating arms and legs days but cardio everyday). I didn't change my diet until the first of January. Before then I drank 4-6…
