I am 5'4 143lbs with GW of 130. I have been working out 4-6 times a week since Novemeber. I do cardio 30-45min, lift weights, core exercises, leg lifts, bench press, squats, you name it I do it (rotating arms and legs days but cardio everyday). I didn't change my diet until the first of January. Before then I drank 4-6 diet dr peppers a DAY (I know, BAD), I ate what I wanted when I wanted. I was a fast food junky! I smoked a pack of cigarrettes a day, You get the point... severly UNHEALTHY and bad out of shape! January 2nd I said goodbye to diet dr peppers, fast food, and quit smoking on Nov 20. I took measurements on Jan 1st, and here it is almost a month later and nothing has changed. Ok thats not completely true, I can now run 2 miles without stopping to walk, I've gone up on weights, I'm getting stronger but not leaner or skinnier and I'm aggravated! So should I be watching more than just calorie intake? Cutting back more on carbs, sodium, sugars, etc help me lose weight? Or am I just being impatient?

Amazing and admirable that you managed to make all those changes. Check your calories - remember, weight loss is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise.0
