Just wondering how people are doing with their work outs. I know I've had some rough times. I started Insanity and got shin splits. Had to quit, do less straining exercises and then I started 30 day shred. I'm only 7 days in and I'm feeling good.
Been off and on this site for a while. I'm just trying to get really get a steady routine going. Right now I've been trying the Insanity Fast and Furious work out....I'm only on day two and I'm feeling so sore. Anyone else starting a killer workout? How are you getting threw it?
