I honestly take loads of pictures. More than I probably should but it really is apart of my motivation. It shows me exactly how everything is going and it makes me feel great to compare then and now.

I started my weight loss with the 5/2 diet. Lost 7lbs my first week. It was really great but it got tiring for me. So I changed to the 8:16 diet. Where you fast for 16 hours a day and eat during the 8 hour period. So far I've lost 22lbs all together! It's been great and I feel amazing. :)

I feel the same even when I look in the mirror and see I'm not the same. Yet it doesn't register knowing I still do have a ways to go. Honestly you look great though. So much better and healthier, your doing so well :)

That's great! :) If you get to feeling like you don't see much change though. I suggest a tape measure. The kind that measures your waist line and such. It really keeps me motivated. Pish, nah your probably doing a lot better then me. All our bodies are different. Mine basically is refusing to lose the weight right now (I blame not having a gallbladder for that.) but at least I'm getting inches off.

I'm in your situation big time. I had my gallbladder taken out about two years ago. There are a lot of low fat diets out there and they all say to avoid pastas and breads. Some ever going as far as telling you to stay away from all citrus fruits and even tomatoes. The only advice on diets would be to look up all the low…
