Anyone have results from Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred?
I'm on day 4 of the shred. I'm less sore today then I was on days 1 and 2. My endurance is building, but I fear I'm not going to lose inches or weight. I haven't budged on the scale or measuring tape in 3 months, and I'm hope the shred changes that. Have any of you had success on the shred? What were your results? Any…

Changes?
What changes are you making this month? Eating differently? Trying a new exercise? I started the 30 day shred on the first, and before I eat anything, I'm asking myself if I REALLY want it. Is it worth undoing my hard work? I'm going to try to add an additional 30 mins of cardio twice a week, but we'll see!
