CROSS TRAINER
hi all, just wondering i have bought a cross trainer which i am going on daily but at the moment i can only manage 5 mins (and i only jus get there) i wouldnsay im seriously un fit i can manage an hour zumba class or hour gym but this jus kills me!!! will it get better?? any advice for me?? also has anyone had good results…

hi all... so heres my plan i started the gym yesterday with my sister (whos a pro at it) anyway 2 sessions on my legs feel like lead weights they are so painfull im cursing every stair i take lol.. now i no the no pain no gain rule but is this how im going to feel everytime or will i get better with time?? i didnt realise…
