CROSS TRAINER

hi all,
just wondering i have bought a cross trainer which i am going on daily but at the moment i can only manage 5 mins (and i only jus get there) i wouldnsay im seriously un fit i can manage an hour zumba class or hour gym but this jus kills me!!!
will it get better?? any advice for me?? also has anyone had good results with a cross trainer, i dont seem to be loosin amymore weight now so thought id try an tone myself up while im maintaining.
my weight is all around my middle will the trainer help for that aswell as the obvious legs,bum and arms?

    Hi, I workout on the cross trainer at my gym, I do interval training whilst using the cross trainer which helped speed up my weight loss, on average I workout on the crosstrainer for 45 mins! So just gradually increase and keep pushing yourself! I have lost 9lb since 8th November!
