I may trying to eat cleaner and more "real food" diet. I set my calories just above my BMR and sometimes eat back my exercise calories. The problem is I usually go over on my carbs/fats, and under on my protein. So, is it better to eat all of my calories as long as it is a quality food or eat under my calories to stay…
