So I'm a clean eater, that occasionally cheats. I've recently found myself wanting to enter into the competitive realm of the fitness world. I know diet is key here. I want people's opinions on macros, and maybe some help as to where to start. I don't really want to hire a nutritionist if I can avoid it. Help please. :)
