Today I completed a 10 Mile Cycle ride ... now to some of you this is a drop in the ocean but to me its a HUGE achievement. So chuffed with myself !

.. the friend add thing on here ? I can see how support and motivation is a good thing in more ways than one but what's with the people begging for "friends" to add them ? I've added a fair few here and I've also removed a fair few too . Don't see the point of having people who don't say a bloody word. Is it just me ?

Martial Arts ..
Does anyone here do any form of martial arts ? I'm a purple belt in freestyle karate but taking a break for the time being , instead I am now doing Zumba three times a week. I adore karate but feel that I need to take a break.
