For those of you that have/had a fitbit. I find just by having it I want to stay moving. Should I reset my goals to Sedentary since it tracks all my steps and automatically adds it to my exercise? What are some of your suggestions or experiences? Thanks Lisa
Just finished working out to The Biggest Loser The Workout. I did the 5 min Warm-Ups, the 25 min low-intensity cardio and the 20 min cool-down. I put the 25 mins in as stretches but it doesn't have the low-intensity workout in the data. What does everyone else log that as? Thanks Lisa
I've heard a lot of talk about using spaghetti squash in place of pasta. I have no idea how to cook it nor do I have any recipes for squash. Wanting something new. I heard that you should change the color of your veggies and not eat the same ones all the time. Thanks Lisa
I started MFP 1 week ago today. I just weighed in and it says I lost 9.8lbs. I mean I know what my scale says and what my weigh in is telling me.
