Logging exercise to figure calories burned

Just finished working out to The Biggest Loser The Workout. I did the 5 min Warm-Ups, the 25 min low-intensity cardio and the 20 min cool-down. I put the 25 mins in as stretches but it doesn't have the low-intensity workout in the data. What does everyone else log that as?
