This is an argument I have quite often with people. All calories are not the same. 250 calories from a slice of pizza is not the same as 250 calories from a meal consisting of grilled chicken breast, a side of quinoa and fresh raw spinach. I eat a lot of whole raw natural foods. Most have few calories. I've been trying to eat different stuff than I would usually eat. Such as bread which contains more calories than the herb salad I usually eat. A huge herb salad is full of nutrients. But, extremely low on calories. So it's really hard to meet anything close…
