Cake Fast
I have just started a cake fast. You eat as much cake as you want but nothing else between the hours of 10 p.m. and midnight. Then you run 35 miles two times a day to burn it all off. Has anyone tried this? Do you think it will work? And do you think ice cream cake is allowed?

Missed Meal: What To Do
I'm wondering what you do when you miss a meal. I eat three meals a day, and I split the calories fairly evenly between the three. So, when I miss a meal, I'm left to decide whether to eat more for my next meal or just eat what I normally would. If I do the latter, I'm usually under by 500 or so on my calories.
