Mobility! A crossfitters bestfriend or worse enemy. Anyone have any tricks other than the foam roller and lacrosse balls on how to enhance mobility. Especially in the shoulders!?!

Title says it all. What's the most difficult workout you've ever done? Mine was a crossfit workout named "Murph" which consists of a one mile run 100 pull ups 200 push ups 300 squats and another one mile run. All with a 20lb vest on.
