My name is Cory. I am 25. I workout alot and am in pretty great shape if I must say so. However, I just want to change my body composition. There is no need for me to carry around this extra weight anymore. I workout 5 to 6 times a week. I'm all about CrossFit and eating Paleo. I've been into martial arts since I could walk.(Jiu JItsu and Wing Chun) I like to run as well. I want to complete a marathon sometime soon. I also have a tough mudder planned for June. Lately I've been into yoga and trying to enhance my flexiblity.
