Hi all - not much traffic on this forum! If you're still around, how about a progress update? I'll start: I weighed 214.8 lb. when I started MFP on Jan. 7, 2013. One year later, I weighed 168.6 lb. NSV - moved to Lightweight on Concept2 logbook
Today's NSV: I just logged into the Concept2 online rowing logbook to upload my latest row (the first one in nearly 2 years!). I had to update my weight, which moved me from the Heavyweight to the Lightweight category. (Those are the only choices; there's no middleweight for Concept2.)

Almost there - pictures
I started off in Jan. 2013 at nearly 215 lb. My initial goal was 170, but I decided as I approached it that 170 was still too heavy, so I set it to 155.
