Strength Training for Dummies
Or, at least for this dummy :) From the jillion posts I’ve read about strength v. cardio, I think I’d like to spend some time working on muscle tone. However, I do not belong to a gym therefore do not have access to fancy equipment. Can you offer suggestions for exercises at home? Or, maybe DVD suggestions? Thanks!
