Fit for fifty
Hi all I'm in Yorkshire and I have allowed myself to over indulge for the past few years and now I need to get back into some kind of shape looking for people to chat with on the difficult days or if anybody is local to me maybe a trianing buddy. I'm 48 5ft 7 and wiegh 180lbs love eating and drinking so need to trian.
