Fitness and Arthritis
Hi everyone. I'm clara! Im a student in college and have juvenile arthritis. I am looking to lose weight and strengthen muscle. Im wondering if anyone has any good workouts that help reduce arthritis pain? I have it in my knees so its hard to find routines that arent too hard on them. Thanks!
