Grams of protein help?
Hi, I'm 5'6, 130 lbs, trying to go down to 125. Anyways I'm on a 45/35/20 split. It suggests I get 195 g of carbs, 151 g of protein, and 38 g of fat. Is the amount of protein too much for my body weight? Thanks. Btw also do you think 130 lbs for 5'6, 17 year old male is good? I really hate my body image :/
