I have been doing so well for the past 3 weeks. This weekend I didn't track my food and only did insanity once this weekend. I ate much more than I should have. I drank Friday, Saturday and Sunday (heavily I might add). :-( I stepped on the scale this morning and I gained 6 lbs since Friday!!! How is that possible?

Hello. On the days where I choose to do ab work and cardio, I have considered doing it on an empty stomach. This would be 1-2 times a week for 1 hour in spin class. Is this a good or bad idea? Also, how accurate are those bikes for calories burned?
