Hi Gals. I'm 9 weeks on with twins. I am experiencing too much weight gain due to the fact that I am on modified bedrest for complications - 12 pounds in 9 weeks of pregnancy. If I set my macros to 1/2lb gain per week with sedentary activity level, do you think that would be enough?
