Hi I need help with my grocery list. I need speedy answers as I will be going in 45 minutes! I am on a 1200 calorie/day diet. Plan my work out plan!!
Ok so I am 20 years old and pretty healthy. I do smoke, and get winded easily. I have never been very phsyically active but I know I could definately get in shape. Is anyone using a little "help"?
I have thought about using OxyElite Pro....But I'm not sure how it even works. A friend of mine just told me it gives you a lot of energy for when you go to work out. Is anyone else using any supplements whole dieting/working out? Thanks.

First day went well (Check Diary)
I had limited "hungry" moments today, and only ate about 980 calories...I didnt have much to choose from. I did go shopping though (thanks for the grocery list help!!)
