Is it just me - if I eat my exercise calories I put on weight. I have proved this many times. Any comments please?

Maybe at last a sensible way of eating could be the answer. I have tried every diet known to man - latterly many rounds of liquid meal replacements. Oh yes they work but as soon as you come off them the weight piles back on not to mention the hole in your bank account. This is the way forward for me.
