Too Fast?
So I've lost 122lbs since Jan 6th 2013. I did this by eating several small meals a day, and exercising. My calories ranged from 1250-1600. I started at 317 and I am now 194 and some change. I haven't really lost a lot of muscle tone, my legs are huge from bicycling. But my skin is saggy. If I bend over, my belly skin hangs…
