Hi, I have a Polar F6. I have just started exercising again for a long hiatus. I did a run/walk combo for 40 minutes, and I weigh 191 pounds. My HRM said I burned 446 calories! Does this seem really high to anyone else? I know I'm out of shape and my HRM was going crazy while I was jogging. Any thoughts? Thanks!
