Body fat down!
So I haven't been losing weight for the past few weeks, decided to get my body fat percentage done since its been 4 weeks. I'm down from 24% to 22% in four weeks, yay go me! 5% more and ill be at my goal! I have learned that you can't always depend on the scale but other things to keep you motivated!
