military bootcamp
received an offer email of 6 sessions for £24 at the park 5 minutes from me and wondered what people thought of them i've lost over 10 stone in the past 30 months - 6 in round 1 and 6 in round 2 (gained 2 back over 18 months) i'm not too saggy and now want to work a bit more thoughts please on if it's worth it

a few changes in the past few months
was looking at a few photos earlier and i am shocked by this but in a very good way i started this journey in january on here but it was interesting to see myself a few months earlier. did i think i looked ok?

toning up - advice please

happy me - 6 weeks in
6 weeks ago i came to this site with one rule everything going in must be calorie counted pleased to say i am 32 lbs lighter as a result. a long way to go but this makes me happy
