A MFP newbie... Again, Trying a different route to Slimming World!
Anyone else come to MFP after losing the will of counting syns and wanting to eat 'normal' food and still lose weight? I think I'm going to trial this as I'm now finding slimming world too restrictive. I want to eat what I want, within reason without having to count the syn value! Today is day 1 and I am feeling positive!

Excercise before or after dinner?
It's probably going to be different for everyone. But does anyone find that they lose more weight exercising before you eat your dinner or after? I've tried both and found exercising beforehand made me want to eat less and lose more!
