Rasberry Ketones...just hype?
Apparently many stores in the US have sold out of Raspberry Ketones due to a famous Dr announcing they are great for weight loss... Has anyone tried these? Do they work, or are they just another money-making waste of time? I'm currently on the Atkins Induction phase...it is working, but I'm not a big fan of adding butter…

Is it best to use up calories?
When I had filled out the food diary for today, I had quite a few cals left...so I quickly gobbled a bag of wotsits and some oats with milk. Still below recommended. Was I too keen to eat more, or should I stick to the recommended 1200cals (or as near as possible) ? I don't want to under-eat incase my body starts…

New to site, 1st time dieter HELP!
Hi! Never had to diet...until now! I'm 5ft 7, always been either too thin at 8.5stone, or just right at 9.5stone. Met a bloke, and piled it on! Now 11stone (wanted to smash the scales in Boots up with my handbag!) Advice and weight-loss success/failure stories needed! Inspire me!! :)
