I am 44, and weigh 225 looking to make a change and get healthy and get down to 150. I know I will need all the help I can get to stay motivated. Anyone that wants to make this journey together that would be great, you keep me on track and I 'll keep you on track.
woke up today very hungry, did good hod 1 egg mixed with a 1/8 cup of pepper jack cheese and 2 turkey links, cup of coffee black, and 6 0z fresh OJ. Now off for my morning walk.
