Which is more accurate? Mechanical or Digital scale?
I have both at my house, but my friend said to use the mechanical one cause its more accurate and that digital ones glitch alot quicker. Watching Calories, but no exercises?
I'm new and wasn't sure where to put this. My question is this: I'm trying to stay at 1,200 calories a day or less if its possible.
