I tried something new at the gym today. The stationary bike. I usually do an elliptical machine(cybex) and I typically burn 550-750 cals an hour. Lunches...Low carb Ideas?
I'm running out of ideas for lunches. I have done the low carb/cal bread with deli meat and grilled chicken/fish/tuna salad/chicken over a big salad.
