Do you think it is better to start on the lo calorie diet and then do a detox/whole grain/low sugar diet? Im contemplating what to do. I have TONS of stuff in the next year to look forward to: Siblings wedding/MY wedding..BUT I do have a huge party to go to in a week or so, I know I wont lose a lot of weight between now…

I like to have wine every night. It tastes so good with food and it's nice to unwind after a long day. I do want to break the habit and just have it on the weekends. I'm finding that hard to do!
