2000 cals a day to loose weight?
Okay I am just confused and I guess trained that i should eat minimal calories to loose weight. MFP has me set to eat 1410 cals a day. But I was thinking more 1600... well I did the numbers ive seen in the forums and it seems like a ton of calories Im a female 260lbs 65 inches tall I do 90mins of cycling a day around 12-13…
