Hello, been gone awhile, got frustrated.. got the exerspy hopefully helps keep me on track..anybody else have any exerspy experience?

Getting frustrated!!! What am I doing wrong??
I lost 3 lbs my 1st week.. nothing the 2nd and 3rd, and now my 4thy I gained 2 lbs back!! Ive even uped my excercise and time. I walk avg 14 mins/jog 6 min a day, I also do zumba, and bowflex, with sum calesthentics,and stretching....all varied........Should I stop eating my calories burned??? dont understand im in the…

Strength training calories??
Hi, i am trying to figure out how I would add calories ive burned for Bowflex? The time ive worked out is not even added into my daily exercise time, can anybody help me with this?? Been three weeks lost 3 lbs 1st week, nothing the last 2, so ive tried to add in bowflex and zumba dance... getting frustrated:sad:
