I put it under calisthentics (situps will work under this catogorey) under the cardio. Im new on here so im still learning lots...hope this helps:bigsmile:

I put the strenght training in under cardio,Thanks......, guess i can put exactley what ive done on the bowflex under strenght training to document. I have 3 or 4 good days where im in a 1200-1500 calorie range and then sum days i didnt exercise in went in the 1600 range, i guess that is what is messing me up, not really…
