Getting frustrated!!! What am I doing wrong??

I lost 3 lbs my 1st week.. nothing the 2nd and 3rd, and now my 4thy I gained 2 lbs back!! Ive even uped my excercise and time. I walk avg 14 mins/jog 6 min a day, I also do zumba, and bowflex, with sum calesthentics,and stretching....all varied........Should I stop eating my calories burned??? dont understand im in the 1400-1500 with exercise every day almost. What am I doing wrong?:explode:

Maybe all the excercise is building muscle. Muscle weights more than fat. I wish I could give you a better answer.0

You are doing nothing wrong, you're doing a great job. A 2 lb gain is nothing---it could be salt, water retention, or a heavy meal.
Try not to get too discouraged, I've lost steadily for months now, but the scale has gone up and down a tiny bit each week, and from week to week. One week I had gained a pound after working out like a madwoman, and then two weeks later I lost 5 in one week! Our bodies aren't like the pages of a book, there's no fluid, linear process to weight loss.
Also, check this out--it's a great example why we shouldn't put too much emphasis on the scale:

Thanks, maybe it is fluid,Us women have the lucky visitor every month , and I think mine is on her way:huh: Im getting married in october,and have felt miserable with the weight gain,was really hoping i could get the weight of by then, looks like its gonna take forever!!! I will check the website out! Thanks again for the replys0
