how much excersie?
i have recently joined a gym and i have no idea how much and what excerises i should be doing? i am 60kg over weight and have done very little excersise in the past, i have been doing 10 mins on a bike 20 mins on x trainer and been walking at 4.5kmh for 15 mins on the tredmill followed by a 40 min swim and i been doing…
