EXERCISE AND PROTEIN HELP!
I have been told to take a protein shake after I work out. But I cant make it to the gym until about 9:30-10 sometimes. Does this matter? Should I skip dinner and drink it after or what? Or should I just take it in the morning?

New to this looking for friends for encouragement :)
I turned 20 in September & realized my body has changed, I cant eat anything I want anymore and be skinny :( (sad right?)
